Supported Living

These are services specifically designed for individuals with disabilities that are living in their own homes or apartments. We create a customized plan based on our customer's needs so that they can live their most independent lives.

Our Supported Living Services provide the tools and training that each individual requires to reach their highest level of independence while maintaining their personal health, safety, and dignity. 

Supported Living Services may include:
Money Management Training

Medical Management Training to include

  • Doctor Appointments
  • Medications
  • Maintaining Entitlements (Medicare etc)
  • Healthy Menu Planning
  • Transportation to Appointments
  • Clarifying Doctor's Orders

Personal Hygiene
Housekeeping
Problem Solving
Interpersonal Skill Development

Supported Living through SES is available to individuals who are referred by the Developmental Disabilities Service Division of Lane County. Apply here

Social Activities and Community Involvement

Services to help people access their communities in ways they choose!

Here in Lane County, there are many activities to get you out of the house and have fun! Attending community events such as the Saturday Market, festivals, dances, movies, bowling, Eugene Outdoor Program, and more! Our staff will help arrange and support desired activities. 

If you choose to volunteer and support your community, we can help with that too. Opportunities are available in local non-profits such as Food For Lane County, Kid Sports, Salvation Army, or Next Step Recycling.
